eBay slipped an unannounced new user agreement on April 3rd requiring sellers to have 'item location' in listings, if not, eBay considers this to be 'Misleading Locations', when they cross-check tracking numbers. eBay's reasoning was so they can accurately calculate delivery times.
As you have probably heard many randomly selected eBay Dropship AND non-dropship Sellers have experienced a sudden drop or no sales with just as many (almost laughable) random responses from eBay's Reps, depending on when called.
Truth be told, in late March, eBay provided it's Q1 Revenue Report showing loss revenues to its stockholders. This occurred just as TARGET STORES, claimed eBay's low traffic as reason for pulling their store off of eBay's Selling Platform.
eBay's stockholders are not happy with CEO Wenig, who appears to be preparing for his exit, if he can't get revenues up at the end of Q2.
So on April 3rd, Wenig began THROTTLING (manipulating) TRAFFIC to random sellers disbursing their limited buyer traffic to more desirable accounts such as new LOCAL Small Retail Stores across the country as an attempt to compete with Walmart's Local Pick-up Service.
I can go on and on about what's happening with eBay, but I've learned... "If you don't have control over the problem, learn to jump over the hurdle".
